BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, MAY 20TH 2013 (CUOPM) – The St. Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority (SCASPA) and Massachusetts-based Jay Cashman, Inc. have inked a Memorandum of Understanding for the construction of a US$31 million cruise pier, capable of berthing two Oasis-class ships at Port Zante.
