On Sunday, 25 March 2012 John Lewis’s family history was featured in PBS’s new genealogical series called, “Finding your roots”. As a child in the 1950’s I watched my fair share of Robin Hood and Cowboys and Indian films in which the bow and arrow played a prominent part in the action.
