Attorney General Justin Simon QC said government intends to challenge, at the Privy Council, the decision of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court of Appeal, which granted an $18 million refund of Antigua & Barbuda Sales Tax (ABST) to Stanford Development Company (SDC).
